GYM 101: Your Big Comeback

Do you feel tired, frustrated and just can’t seem to get started? See cool videos on social media of people jumping on boxes, flipping tires and swinging sledge hammers and you want to hide under your covers? You’re not alone. Gym 101 is the perfect orientation class to get you back on track. You’ll be with other folks just like you. We’ll cover the basics of strength training, endurance training, core, balance and flexibility. Class is taught in small groups and moves at a pace that is right for you.
